SOURCING
Brass is source from the most reputed vendors and is inspected by QC Staff before it is sending for casting.
CASTING
Virgin brass and scrap is casted in various molds as per the pattern using the Die casting Process.
MACHINING
Casted product are machined as per the design requirments to create threads.
GRINDING
The machined product is then grinded using belt grinders to achieve smooth finishes without sharp edges.
POLISHING
The grinded pieces are polished on high speed polishing machine by experinced worker to achieve perfect surface with high glass & shine.
PLATING
The polished and okayed pieces then undergo the process of plating finished.
TESTING
The pieces are then checked for surface defects. The water carrying components are pressure tested using Hydraulic Testing machine to detect any leakage in the product.
ASSEMBLY
Then pieces are assembled and once again checked and tested with Hydraulic Pressure. The tested pieces are then packed in corrugated boxes and ready to dispatch.
